First Impressions

First ImpressionsFrom a distance they looked like businessmen; suited, professional, with an air of purpose.

At a closer glance you'd probably mistake them for itinerant double glazing salesmen from a slightly down at heel company. Their clothing wasn't so much scruffy as well worn, it had definitely seen better days.

Purposeful mannerisms held more than a hint menace. Their interpersonal skills also left something to be desired. While it was true that Mr Croup had talked a target to death on one memorable occasion, witty repartee wasn't one of Mr Vandemar's strong points, those tended to be shiny and extremely sharp.

Croup and Vandemar probably wouldn't be top of the list of people to meet in a dark alley. Or anywhere else for that matter.
