One Hundred Films You Must See Before You Die"What are you doing?" Dawn was editing what appeared to be quite a long list.

"I'm going over the list you made me ages ago. A hundred movies I have to see before I die."

Spike looked over her shoulder at the notes she'd added. "You didn't like The Seventh Seal?"

Dawn shrugged. "I kind of lost the plot with that, but seeing the restored print of Metropolis at the German Embassy with the orchestra rocked."

Spike had to agree. "That it did. How many left?"

Dawn checked her count. "Another forty. So, The Seven Samurai or Blowup?"

I agree with her; 'Samurai' was good. I saw it in a Film Appreciation class I took when I was nineteen. We were supposed to see 'Seal' in that class, too, but ran out of time. Too bad; it looked intriguing.

I couldn't get into The Seventh Seal, don't know if that was due to the film or my short attention span at the time of viewing. Will have to give it another crack in the future.

It's a comlete testament to my taste for crappy movies that i haven't seen any of these films.

I have the joy of SBS and World Movies at home and get to see some amazing stuff. If you like a movie, that's all there is to it. I love April Fools Day. I love Doris Day movies. I love Alfred Hitchcock movies. I'm a pretty undiscriminating viewer. For a short attention span, you can't go past Run Lola Run, I came in halfway through and was glued to that film.

I must say i can get really hooked on alot of world films, but only if i turn on when they're showing and just don't turn off. I never plan to see these films because they dont seem interesting, but get me watching themand i won't stop. Short attention span is my fault. Among all the million others of course.
